Where do you Deliver?

We hand-deliver within Toronto and the GTA. For deliveries outside of this area, please contact us by email at info@goldandgraze.com prior to ordering.

When do you Deliver?

We offer two delivery windows 12pm - 5pm. We will contact the recipient via text message with the phone number provided at checkout on the day of the delivery to notify them of the estimated time of arrival. For any special requests, please contact us by email at info@goldandgraze.com prior to ordering.

How much is delivery?

We offer flat rate delivery fee of $15. Our products are made fresh on the day and are extremely delicate, therefore need to be hand-delivered with care.

How does delivery work?

At checkout we offer one standard delivery window (between 12pm - 5pm). We are unable to offer delivery windows or specific delivery time requests, but will of course let you know if there are any extended delays. Please be aware that if delivery is a little earlier than you need in the day, most products are the perfect size to pop into the fridge until needed.

We use reliable couriers who will hand deliver the product to you, but we are not in control of external factors such as traffic and weather conditions. We aim to meet delivery times but during exceptionally busy periods deliveries may take a little longer.

Do I need to be in to accept my delivery?

It is extremely important someone is home to accept delivery in the given time frame. We will contact the recipient via text message with the phone number provided at checkout on the day of the delivery to notify them of the estimated time of arrival.

What is your policy if there is no one to receive the product?

Multiple attempts will be made to contact the recipient. Orders will be left by the front door if the recipient is not home to accept delivery. Due to perishability of fresh food product cannot returned. Gold & Graze is not responsible for the product once left in a safe place.

What if my purchase is a gift?

The above still applies.
